Refocus: A Practical Guide to ADHD

    The more I learned about ADHD, the more I could see it everywhere in my life. Procrastination, hyperfocus, difficulties with willpower and motivation, poor memory, perfectionism, time blindness, intense emotional reactions, not living up to my "potential"... the list was long.

    So many things I'd chalked up as "family quirks" and "just my weird brain" were actually symptoms of ADHD.

    This book will be an ADHD starter guide. Practical information for the newly discovered ADHDer about how your brain works and how to be successful and productive in your daily life.

    It will be approachable, friendly in design (with illustrations!), and just the right length. It covers the foundations of how ADHD affects your day-to-day life and what you can do about it. You'll find strategies and techniques for dealing with difficulties in each of these areas.
